How to set up the balance shaft gears

The Cagiva workshop manual is not very clear on how to set up the balance shaft gears, so here is a simple way of doing it.



1: Set the piston a top dead centre IE at the top of its stroke.
2: Now set up the woodruff key slots like they are in the photos (See blue arrows)
3: Then fit the clutch basket and you are all done.
